    Manager required, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:45am-3:15pm, term time only, applicants must have a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role working at level 3 or above in early years, September start. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering outstanding provision,  Certificates in both child protection and first aid are desirable. You will be working in our lovely village setting with children aged 2 to 4 years providing excellent standards of childcare and education. You must have strong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills along with an excellent understanding of the EYFS, working knowledge of current legislation and a sound knowledge and understanding of safeguarding duties. Your responsibilities will include, but not restricted to, working closely with Committee Members and Play Leader, overseeing SENDco, Cohort Tracking, staff observations and appraisals, policy management and day to day administration duties. Pay is dependent on experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident candidate to lead our friendly and dedicated team in providing excellent standards of childcare and education. The successful candidate will need to have leadership experience within a childcare setting along with an excellent understanding of the EYFS and all relevant legislation including OFSTED regulations. The position will require you to collect children from school and drive them back to the club in one of our 7-seater company vehicles. A full UK Driving Licence is essential and for insurance purposes, you will need to be aged 21 years or over. Hours of work will be 2:45–4:45pm Monday to Friday during Gloucestershire school term times. Flexible working hours are required between 8:00am & 6:00pm Monday to Friday during Gloucestershire school holidays to take children on day trips.
