    Early Years Practitioner – Rising 3s Room

    We’re a small, friendly team who are passionate about giving children the best start in life. Our Rising 3s Room is full of energy, curiosity and fun, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to join the adventure!

    Hours: 18Hours – Fixed term contract Until July 2026 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00am - 3:00pm Term time only

    The Family Haven (TFH) are looking for Trustees. Vacancies available include Deputy Chairman of Trustees, Volunteers Trustee, Friends Trustee, Events Trustee.

    The Trustees have control of the Charity and are responsible for its activities, property and funds.

    We need trustees who can:

    1. Ensure that TFH pursues its objects as defined in the Memorandum of Association and in accordance with the Mission statement.

    2. Ensure that TFH complies with its constitution, charity law, company law and any other relevant legislation or regulations.

    3. Contribute actively to the board of trustees' role in giving firm strategic direction to TFH, setting overall policy, defining goals, setting targets and evaluating performance against agreed targets.

    4. Safeguard the good name and values of TFH.

    5. Ensure the sustainability of TFH.

    This is a unique opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join us in the running of a nursery and pre-school facility for 2, 3 and 4 year olds. This is a chance to join a highly experienced and professional team with the aim of providing an excellent early years setting for local children.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Playleader to join our team. Hours: 36.25 hours per week, term time only. We can offer some flexibility on start and finish times, and on contracted hours. Hourly Rate: £12.76.

    We are a friendly and popular parent-run community playgroup situated on the edge of Rodborough Common. We provide childcare for children between the ages of 2 years 6 months and 4 years. Our hours are generally between 8:15am and 3:30pm.

    We are looking for a candidate who can bring energy, creativity and dedication to this key role of Deputy Playleader. Responsibilities include leading sessions, supporting our Playleader in the management and running of Playgroup, and sharing best practice.

    We welcome applications from people who have experience as a Deputy Playleader or can demonstrate their ability to take on extra responsibility.

    You will be Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (or higher), have experience working with children in an early years setting and a passion for early childhood. You will have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
