PATA Non-Mandatory Policies

We often get asked for copies of the policies and procedures that we use in our own settings, so we have decided to make them available for you to purchase. You can buy individual policies or a bundle. 

All policies are based on those which we use within our PATA Managed Settings in Gloucestershire. We are providing them to be used as a starting point for developing your own policies or as a comparison tool. Before adopting the policies you will need to amend them to ensure they are reflective of your own setting.

We write our policies to be easily understood by everyone involved in the setting. They are to be used as working documents which are constantly under review reflecting ongoing changes to legislation and good practice. You use these policies at your own discretion and your own risk. 

We update our policies either every year or every two years and the version for sale will always be our current version. It is your responsibility to ensure that your policies are up to date and suitable for your individual setting.

When you pay for the policies you will be sent a link which will be valid for 7 days. The link will enable you to download a ZIP file which contains an information document and the policy/policies that you have purchased in Word format.  Please be aware that the system will also send you various confirmation emails - we're looking at the system to try to reduce the number of these!
