This webinar explores what it means to create neurodivergent-affirming workplaces in early childhood settings. Just as our children are diverse, so too is our workforce bringing a rich range of lived experiences that are often present but not always represented. This session invites participants to reflect on how workplace cultures, expectations, and practices can either include or exclude, and encourages practical thinking around building environments where all educators can thrive.
Suitable For: All staff members (practitioners and support/admin staff)
