Lead Early Years Practitioner Position, Part-time, Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover (until approximately Feb 25). Hours: Monday 8:30am – 3:30pm, Tuesday 8:30am – 1:15pm, Wednesday 8:30am – 3:30pm, Thursday 3hrs with 30mins PPA. The total hours would be 22 hours 15mins per week, 39 weeks a year (term time including INSETs). Total hours and days can be flexible for the right person. Salary range between £11.44 and £15.00 per hour subject to qualifications and experience.

We are a voluntary-run charity based in the Leigh Building, St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in picturesque Nympsfield. We are open Monday to Friday, term time only.

We are looking for a kind, caring and reliable individual who is enthusiastic, uses their initiative and is very patient and adaptable. It is desirable (but not essential) for applicants to have First Aid and Safeguarding or be willing to complete this, at the cost of the setting. Applicants must have a minimum Level 3 qualification and experience in Early Years settings. Applicants will develop a good knowledge of the EYFS, be able to work as part of an established team and develop excellent communication skills.
