PATA is the largest voluntary sector provider of support to early years childcare and education in Gloucestershire.

When a child attends a PATA member setting their parent/carer is automatically a PATA member.

Community Playgroups

A setting with a charitable constitution run by an elected committee, the majority being parents, and where children attend without their parent or carer. Sessional or full daycare.

Baby & Toddler groups

A group run by a group of parents and sometimes an elected committee where children only attend with their parent or carer.

Associate Groups

A private, maintained or voluntary (not parent-managed) nursery or setting. Sessional or full daycare.

Out of School Clubs/Holiday Playschemes

Run by an elected committee, as a private business or a maintained setting. Out of school clubs operate before or after school or both. Holiday playschemes operate during some or all school holidays.

Individual Membership
