COURSE INFORMATION: As a response to learner feedback we have added this workshop, that will have a case study approach to practically working through the new paperwork for the SEND Code of Practice 2014’s Graduated pathway in use in Gloucestershire. The course will include:

Implementing the Graduated Pathway in Gloucestershire
My Plan and My Plan+ paperwork
Case study for a child with additional needs
Links to relevant GCC webpages
How to access services to support implementation of the SEND Code of Practice 2014

COURSE AIM: to provide practitioners with an understanding of how to complete SEND paperwork for the referral process.
