Displays Workshop

SUITABLE FOR: Early Years Foundation Stage practitioners working in playgroups, nurseries, creches or children’s centres with children from birth to five (end of their reception year).

COURSE INFORMATION: A very hands on practical course giving hints, tips and practical advice on producing high quality displays suitable for your space. We will consider:

• The use of a variety of affordable materials,
  
• in a variety of places and spaces – not just walls; shelves, storage tops, tables, ceilings.
  
• The difficulties of using a shared hall.
  

By the end of the workshop practitioners will be able to produce high quality displays;

• To value children’s work
  
• To reflect the EYFS
  
• To involve parents with their children’s learning
  
• To provide a learning space
  

COURSE AIM: To develop new ideas for creating quality displays in early years settings.
